This is one of the best experiences you can have . You learn hard work ,dedication , leadership & respect. You learn things that you can teach to other people. You learn how to inspire others , but mostly yourself. I am glad i took the challenge. ....

The 2011 camp was such an amazing experience. Every year that I go I end up cry my eyes out because all I can think about is how much I have bonded with each and everyone that was there. Knowing that this is potentially my last year at LVSLC, I was determined to work my ASS off! I met sooo many new and amazing people, and it was great to see everyone I knew from past years as well! I will NEVER forget the amazing and WONDERFUL leaders that have helped my improve on my skills as both a leader and a person! I love every single one you guys! ♥

This year's leadership camp was the best camp I've ever experienced in my life! Knowing that this year was going to be my last year marching this camp made me wanna cry my eyes out, however, after meeting the AMAZING people I made this year I have decided that even though I will be in college I will be marching this camp one last time! :D This camp makes me feel at home and like I belong somewhere. This camp means so much to me that if I hadn't participated I probably wouldn't have done band. This camp and everyone in motivated me to do things that I never thought possible, and I wanted to say thank you! ♥

As a parent of a student who recently attended the Las Vegas Student Leadership Clinic at Bishop Gorman High School, I want to thank you all for giving our young people such a rewarding, fun, and memorable week. I had the pleasure of watching several evening demonstrations, and I also came to the final performance and awards event. It was wonderful watching our young people of Clark County demonstrate leadership qualities as they competed against and supported each other. The tears on closing day spoke volumes--the kids did not want their time at Leadership Clinic to come to an end.
My daughter is still talking about her week. She already can't wait to attend the next Leadership Clinic.
Thank you all for allowing our children to be the beneficiaries of your time, talent, patience, and expertise. Your work certainly positively impacted many lives.

When coming to the camp as a veteran and all.. I NEVER imagined how different camp was then last year! This last week (for me) is one of the most unforgettable experiences of this year! With all the competitions, marching drills, leadership classes, and all in all.. the friendships that were built this past week.. there is no other place else I would have rather been! I was excited for this camp to get started this year. Excited for it being hosted by Bishop Gorman. Excited that it was my third and final year...as a student. The camp experience was great. There were so many additions this year like the dance, the ALC, more leadership classes, and so much concrete content that will be useful when taken back to our own programs. Thanks! I came to this camp as a second choice to a camp I couldn't afford. I was excited, but thought I'd be disappointed. Little did I know I'd have the most fulfilling experience of not only my summer, but my whole high school career. I feel more prepared to take on the real world in any capacity, especially that of a leader. I would not only recommend this camp to leaders, but to anyone who wants to make a difference. Thank you so much for helping me find that in myself! Hopefully I can be a part of the experience again.

Thank you again for a wonderful leadership camp. I learned so much. It has really helped me prepare for going after the Drum Major position again. I can also apply these leadership traits that you taught me to really make an impact on both the band and the dance team (even though I am far from being in a leadership in either activity).
